Connect your Zoom account to automatically import call recordings and transcripts into DealRadar.
Once connected, DealRadar can retrieve your Zoom cloud recordings and transcripts and use AI to analyze your sales calls. This surfaces deal insights, coaching signals, next best actions, and pipeline risk — all without manual note-taking.
Sign in to DealRadar
Go to trydealradar.com/login and sign in with your email or Google account.
Open Settings
In the left sidebar, click Settings. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
Connect Zoom
Click Connect Zoom. You will be redirected to Zoom's authorization page. Review the requested permissions and click Allow.
Authorization Complete
You'll be redirected back to DealRadar. Your Zoom account email will appear under the Zoom section confirming the connection is active.
DealRadar requests the following Zoom permissions:
cloud_recording:read:list_user_recordings
Retrieve a list of your completed cloud recordings.
cloud_recording:read:recording
Access recording files and transcripts for analysis.
user:read:user
Read your Zoom account email address to confirm the connection.
DealRadar does not request any write permissions. We cannot create meetings, send messages, or modify your Zoom account in any way.
Once connected, Zoom recordings appear in DealRadar under each deal's activity feed. To import a recording manually:
Remove from DealRadar
Revoke from your Zoom account
Revoking via Zoom immediately terminates DealRadar's access to your recordings.
Recording transcripts are processed by DealRadar's AI to extract deal insights. Raw video files are not stored. Extracted insights are stored within your organization's account and are not shared with other DealRadar customers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
