Setup
Generate a Gong API access key
From your Gong workspace settings: Company → API Access. Requires Admin role on Gong.
Paste the key into DealRadar Settings → Integrations
We validate it immediately and pull a sample call to confirm access.
Pick which calls to import
Filter by date range, deal owner, or specific deals. Most teams start with the last 30 days of pipeline calls.
Calls auto-attach to deals
Gong's deal-mapping is preserved — each call becomes a signal on its parent deal automatically.
FAQ
Do I need a Gong Premier or Enterprise license?
Any Gong tier with API access works. The standard API endpoints we use are available on Gong's standard plan and above.
Will this re-process calls Gong has already analyzed?
DealRadar runs its own analysis layer focused on deal-stage progression and risk signals. It complements rather than duplicates Gong's call coaching analytics.
Can I import calls without a CRM connection?
Yes — DealRadar can stand alone with just call data, no CRM required. The deal record is created from the call transcript itself.
How are transcripts stored?
Encrypted at rest (AES-256), tenant-isolated, never used for model training. You can purge any transcript at any time from the audit log.
What about call recordings — do I need to share them?
No. We only use the text transcript. Audio files stay in Gong.
