Integration

DealRadar + Salesforce.

Score every opportunity in your pipeline — automatically — and write the results back to Salesforce.

Connect your Salesforce org once, and DealRadar pulls every active opportunity, scores it 0–100 with a written explanation, surfaces risk signals, and writes the score and key insights back into the opportunity record. Reps see them right where they already work, RevOps gets centralized visibility, and you don't change a single workflow.

What syncs

  • All open opportunities and their stages, close dates, amounts, and contacts
  • Activity history (calls, emails, meetings) used as signal inputs for AI scoring
  • Custom fields you map — DealRadar reads them and respects them
  • Scores and risk summaries written back to opportunity records (custom fields you create)
  • Stage changes, owner reassignments, and amount edits — bidirectional

Setup

1

Click 'Connect Salesforce' in Settings

OAuth redirect to your Salesforce org. Standard OAuth scopes — no admin install required for the trial.

2

Approve read access to opportunities + accounts

DealRadar requests only what's needed. Production environments and sandboxes are both supported.

3

First scores within 60 seconds

We pull your open pipeline immediately and start scoring. Most teams see their first scored deals before the page finishes loading.

4

(Optional) Enable write-back

Add three custom fields on the Opportunity object — DealRadar Score, Risk Summary, Last Synced — and we'll keep them up to date.

FAQ

Does this work with Salesforce Classic or only Lightning?

Both. The integration uses the standard Salesforce REST API which is identical across UI versions. Works with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industries clouds.

Can I limit which opportunities sync?

Yes — you can scope the sync by record type, owner, stage, or any custom criteria. Many teams sync only their primary pipeline record types and exclude renewals or closed-won.

What about Salesforce sandboxes?

Fully supported. Connect a sandbox during evaluation, then re-connect to production when you're ready to go live. We never mix data across orgs.

Will this affect my Salesforce API limits?

We use bulk APIs and respect daily limits. For the typical 500-opportunity pipeline, DealRadar uses well under 1% of standard Enterprise edition daily limits.

What permissions do I need to install this?

Just OAuth approval on your own user. For org-wide deployment a System Administrator can install via a managed package — contact us for the AppExchange link.
