Integration
Every Zoom sales call becomes a scored deal — no separate recorder, no extra step.
Native Zoom OAuth integration. Once connected, Zoom Cloud Recording transcripts post to DealRadar the moment a call ends. The AI extracts stakeholders, identifies risks, drafts next steps, and either creates a new deal or attaches the call to an existing one — typically within 30 seconds of the meeting wrapping.
What syncs
Setup
Click 'Connect Zoom' in Settings
Standard OAuth redirect. Works with Pro, Business, Education, and Enterprise Zoom plans.
Authorize transcript access
DealRadar requests recording:read scope only — we never access live meetings, scheduled meetings, or contacts.
Enable Cloud Recording for sales calls
From your Zoom account settings, ensure 'Cloud recording' and 'Audio transcript' are turned on. Most sales orgs already have these on.
Future calls appear automatically
Webhook fires the moment a recording finishes processing. Existing past recordings can be back-imported via Settings → Pull recent.
FAQ
Does this require a paid Zoom plan?
Yes — Cloud Recording is a paid feature. It comes with Zoom Pro and above. Free Zoom plans don't generate cloud transcripts, so there's nothing to import.
What about Zoom Phone calls?
Yes — Zoom Phone recordings with cloud storage enabled are supported on the same OAuth scope.
Can I exclude personal or non-sales meetings?
Yes — DealRadar filters by meeting topic, host, or participant domain. Set up rules in Settings to only ingest external meetings.
How accurate are Zoom's transcripts?
Zoom uses Otter.ai-grade ASR — accuracy is typically 90%+ for English calls with good audio. DealRadar's analysis is robust to typical transcription errors.
Where are transcripts stored?
Encrypted at rest, tenant-isolated. You can configure retention (30/60/90 days or indefinite) in Settings → Privacy.
